The building indicates its structural elements such as the staircase, the retral functional area and concrete roof slabs that they appear readable at the outside. The circular glass facade creates an adequate connection between living and urban space. The needs of the residents, protection against sun and views, are fulfilled by blinds and sunscreens. The homogeneous pure use of construction material and ground-breaking building equipment and appliances provide an enduring and sustainable use.”
